Animation of branched dendritic polymer molecule tethered to an interface.

The last day before going for Christmas vacation I wondered how a percularily shape dendritic molecule tethere to an interface would look like. Most of the work was in the script generating the input tree configuration to the LAMMPS MD code. The tree is build by a Kremer-grest polymer segments and simulated with Langevin dynamics. The visualisation was made with VMD.
