Visualisation of strain response of polymer chains in networks

• Original system melt 80 chains of length 3500 randomly crosslinked with varying number of cross-links.
• The three selected segments are 0,..,500, 4000,..,4500, and 21500,..,23000.
• Each blue/green segment is 35 beads long.
• Connectivity is up a distance up to 15 beads from a selected bead (red-black).
• Phantom Connectivity is up a distance up to 30 beads from a selected bead (red-black).
• Entanglement points were identified as beads being closer than 1.5 from a selected bead on the primitive path (bright red), and they chemical connectivity on the PPA up to a length 35 from a entanglement is shown. (red-black)
• Entanglement+connectivity is shown up to 20 beads from a cross-link or entanglement point.
• All the fluctuation plots are made with 100 randomly selected trajectory snaphots.
• Visualisation are made in the system CM frame.
