- The three selected chains 1 (1400+700), 2 (2800+700), 3 (5600+700).
- Colour code from outside to centre: end bead (sphere), 49 beads
(red-blue), 100 (black), 100 (green), 50 (yellow)
- 50 snapshot is shown. Time between subsequent snapshots 1200tau.
- Primitive paths using the Science paper algorithm is denoted p,
equilibrating up to tau_e/3 is denoted f.
- Visualisation made in the system CM frame.
